Who can access it
Enquiries are stored in Relay’s backend and made available to authorized administrators. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as part of operating the service.
Sensitive information
Do not submit identity documents, financial account credentials, wallet seed phrases, or private keys here. Any business verification documents will be requested through a separate onboarding process.
Questions and requests
To request access, correction, or deletion, reply to the Relay representative handling your enquiry or use the contact form and describe your request. Any retention required for an established business relationship or legal obligation will be handled separately.
