Relay does not charge to generate a wallet address. Activating an onchain account or creating a funded token account can still require network resources. Your quote specifies who funds them.
Why are network costs separate?
Receiving a deposit typically costs the sender a network fee. Moving it from a sub-wallet to a master wallet is another transaction. Ethereum gas, Solana fees and token-account funding, and TRON resources vary with network conditions.
Can I bring my own master wallet?
Yes. We agree the destination, signing responsibilities, and collection policy during onboarding. Using your own destination does not remove sub-wallet sweep costs.
Can I use only data or automation?
Yes. We scope these products independently of wallet collections and price the usage and operational requirements in your agreement.
How do we get access?
Contact sales. Our team reviews your business, agrees your integration and pricing, and provisions your account. There is no public sign-up.
